Venthry uses this site to validate an early-access business offer. The public form is only for business contact and general workflow-fit information. Do not submit operational files, contract text, customer data, credentials, bank data, tax data, or other sensitive information.

What we collect

If you request a pilot review, we collect the business contact and qualification fields you choose to provide. We also record the product, selected plan, referral and campaign parameters, and submission time. We retain pilot requests for no longer than 12 months unless a business relationship or legal duty requires otherwise.

Analytics and session recording

Only after consent, we use first-party funnel events, Web Vitals, Cloudflare Web Analytics where configured, and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity forms are masked. We use this information to understand page performance, interaction patterns, and errors—not to make automated eligibility decisions. You can change your choice from the footer or clear this site's local storage.

Service providers and location

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Pilot requests are delivered to Venthry's internal Mattermost sales inbox. Microsoft provides consent-gated session analytics. These providers may process data internationally under their terms and safeguards.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@venthry.com. A successful reservation also provides a private deletion link. Analytics consent is optional and does not affect the form.
